Requirements: 1.Bachelor degree or above; 2.Mechanical engineering/electronic engineering ; 3.Good English both oral and written; 4.Team work spirit Hard working; 5.Above 3 years’ experience in failure analysis in manufacturing industry/electronic industry, experience in automotive industry will be a plus; 6.Familiar with GDT, and metrology facility; 7.Familiar with all kinds of mechanical noise principle and solution strategy; 8.Local or oversea Customer on site support experience; 9.Green Belt or Shainin certification preferred; 10.Visa available preferred, willing to travel sometimes per customer requirement; Responsibility: 1.Maintenance RMA data system; 2.Setup analysis bench for return analysis; 3.Analyze customer return parts with accuracy and in time; 4.Customer on site support base on requirement; 5.Communicate with globe team, and follow the defined actions to confirm root cause for special case; 6.Look across lesson learn from globe team; 7.Support Cofa failure (production reject) analysis; 8.Work with PE and SQE team to work out robust design actions;
